The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and impactful user interfaces for travel-related applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product functionality.
Qualification
- Proven experience (5+ years) designing for consumer-facing web or mobile products, ideally in fast-paced environments.
- Strong product sense, understanding user needs and simplifying complex problems.
- Pixel-perfect execution with mastery of Figma and a keen eye for typography, layout, and motion.
- Collaboration mindset, thriving in cross-functional teams and receptive to feedback.
- Versatility in shifting from high-level product thinking to fine-grained UI details.
- Balance of craft and pragmatism, knowing when to perfect, iterate, and ship.
- Clear communication skills to tell stories with visuals and words.
Responsibility
- Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business impact.
- Own features end-to-end—from early sketches and prototypes to production-ready designs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to bring your vision to life with polish and precision.
- Use customer insights and product data to guide priorities, improve usability, and refine interactions.
- Contribute to and evolve Wander’s design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms.
- Explore new patterns and interaction models for AI-driven travel experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure our story is consistently told across every user touchpoint.
