Responsibility
- Lead and develop a high-performing Emerging Account Executive team
- Manage a team of Account Executives selling to customers with 250-999 employees
- Guide the team to success in both inbound and outbound sales motions
- Ensure consistent attainment of revenue goals
- Recruit, coach, and onboard quota-carrying Account Executives
- Instill a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning
- Provide hands-on coaching across pipeline generation, discovery, multi-threading, and closing
- Oversee execution of strategic adoption plans with support from Solutions Engineers
