Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Emerging Account Executive team
  • Manage a team of Account Executives selling to customers with 250-999 employees
  • Guide the team to success in both inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Ensure consistent attainment of revenue goals
  • Recruit, coach, and onboard quota-carrying Account Executives
  • Instill a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning
  • Provide hands-on coaching across pipeline generation, discovery, multi-threading, and closing
  • Oversee execution of strategic adoption plans with support from Solutions Engineers
