Qualification
- 2+ years of technology SaaS experience
- Experience selling to procurement, finance, and legal sectors
- Proven track record in driving customer retention and adoption of SaaS products for enterprise accounts
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop strategies that enhance customer relationships
- Ability to learn and become a product expert on the Zip platform
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
Responsibility
- Serve as a trusted advisor and product consultant to customers
- Partner with the Customer Success team to monitor health scorecards and identify customer needs
- Act as a product evangelist, aligning Zip solutions with customer pain points
- Negotiate renewal contracts and develop win/win strategies
- Provide regular updates on renewal status to management and escalate issues as needed
- Manage multi-year contracts to ensure customer value realization
- Utilize sales intelligence tools to manage deal cycles and prospect new customers
- Adapt and help shape the sales process in a hyper-growth environment
