Qualification

  • 2+ years of technology SaaS experience
  • Experience selling to procurement, finance, and legal sectors
  • Proven track record in driving customer retention and adoption of SaaS products for enterprise accounts
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop strategies that enhance customer relationships
  • Ability to learn and become a product expert on the Zip platform
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

Responsibility

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and product consultant to customers
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to monitor health scorecards and identify customer needs
  • Act as a product evangelist, aligning Zip solutions with customer pain points
  • Negotiate renewal contracts and develop win/win strategies
  • Provide regular updates on renewal status to management and escalate issues as needed
  • Manage multi-year contracts to ensure customer value realization
  • Utilize sales intelligence tools to manage deal cycles and prospect new customers
  • Adapt and help shape the sales process in a hyper-growth environment
