Responsibility

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thinker for Global 2000 companies
  • Partner with Customer Success to monitor customer health and guide deal closures
  • Act as a product evangelist, aligning Zip's solutions with customer pain points
  • Establish playbooks and best practices as a founding member of the Enterprise Account Management team
  • Negotiate renewal contracts to maximize value and enhance customer relationships
  • Provide regular updates on renewal status to management and escalate issues when necessary
  • Manage multi-year contracts to ensure customer value realization
