With over $10M in ARR and a strong growth trajectory, the company seeks an Account Executive to drive sales through inbound leads and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales and experience with high-value contracts.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience closing deals with ACVs of $10K - $50K
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
- Experience selling to Heads of Talent Acquisition or HR is a plus
Responsibility
- Close sales with annual contract values (ACVs) ranging from $10K to $50K
- Manage inbound leads and conduct product demos
- Upsell to existing customers, particularly those with larger recruiting teams
- Collaborate with a small go-to-market (GTM) team
- Exceed sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue growth
