Qualification
- 10+ years of experience in federal technology, SaaS, or GovTech
- Deep understanding of federal procurement and budget cycles
- Proven ability to lead sales or marketing teams
- Experience managing partnerships with agencies or integrators
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Responsibility
- Build a new business vertical for the Federal Government unit
- Develop and execute a federal go-to-market strategy
- Own bookings and revenue targets for the Federal Government business unit
- Build and manage partnerships with federal agencies and strategic allies
- Shape brand and positioning for the federal segment
- Work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Delivery
- Partner closely with the CEO and COO on federal strategy
- Implement scalable processes for operational excellence
