Responsibility
- Structure, negotiate, and advise on all commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, technology licenses, and NDAs.
- Develop templates, playbooks, and workflows to enhance efficiency in the contract lifecycle.
- Provide legal advice on commercial privacy and security contracting, including DPAs and BAAs.
- Advise on contractual issues broadly, with a focus on AI-related legal nuances and evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with the legal team to uphold the company's values and contribute to a strong team culture.
