Enterprise Account Executive at Sierra, a San Francisco-based AI platform that helps businesses deliver human-centric customer experiences. You'll own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, target large accounts, drive revenue and pipeline, and help shape Sierra's early GTM motion in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Qualification
- 10+ years of enterprise, customer-facing sales experience, identifying and closing large accounts.
- Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex deals.
- Exceptional English and Japanese verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of prospecting and lead generation.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Prospecting & lead generation to identify and target potential enterprise customers through research, networking, and cold outreach, building relationships to drive revenue and pipeline.
- Manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in our largest customers; serve as the primary point of contact and exceed expectations.
- Negotiate and close complex deal cycles; navigate contracts with legal and finance stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategy and planning to meet or exceed targets; tailor presentations and proposals; collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
- Help define Sierra's sales motion; contribute to GTM strategy as an early-stage team member.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our broader GTM team, product, technical, and operations to deliver the product and drive customer success.
