Responsibility
- Lead customer implementations and serve as the primary point of contact for partners during initial deployments.
- Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans with cross-functional teams.
- Accountable for leading project phases including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live stabilization.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans with strategic partners, tracking issues and driving towards testing goals.
