Qualification
- High School Diploma or its equivalency.
- 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment and have working knowledge of computer operations including MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests to the venue and being knowledgeable of venue layout, programs, and policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and client issues over the phone, in person, and via email, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
- Process POS transactions including selling merchandise and beverages, and assist in registering customers for programs and booking events.
- Ensure guests are following facility protocols and report any injuries or unsafe areas to a supervisor.
- Assist in setting up or breaking down equipment for various sports and event spaces.
