Qualification
- Proven experience designing and executing growth experiments at scale, preferably in Rewards and Campaigns or fintech/SaaS contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of measuring impact on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue; proficient in experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio of growth initiatives and work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Data Science.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights to executives and translate data into action.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, or a related field; 5+ years in growth, product marketing, or analytics (or equivalent experience).
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of growth experiments for Rewards and Campaigns, including hypotheses, target segment definitions, roadmaps, and impact measurement on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Own a portfolio of high-potential experiments and prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential to scale.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Growth, Product, Data Science, and Marketing to turn validated ideas into scalable programs.
- Translate learnings from experiments into scalable programs and operationalize them across growth channels and product experiences.
- Define success metrics and build measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting in partnership with analytics teams.
- Drive a data-driven, experiment-first culture and communicate progress to stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
