The Strategic Growth Executive will drive growth by developing partnerships with major health systems and academic medical centers, working closely with executive leadership to expand the client base and ensure successful engagements.

Qualification

  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software to CXO-level healthcare executives at large health systems.
  • Familiarity with the provider-facing technology landscape, particularly in medical scribing, clinical workflows, or hospital operations.
  • Ability to navigate complex decision-making units and influence stakeholders across different roles and priorities.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments, balancing complexity and ambiguity to achieve results.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adept at driving significant outcomes within startup-level constraints.
  • Collaborative team player with a low-ego approach, valuing the best ideas regardless of their origin.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%-70% of the time to build relationships and close deals.

Responsibility

  • Own the enterprise sales process end-to-end, including prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, and closing contracts.
  • Build meaningful relationships with decision-makers and champions to drive buy-in and ensure deal success.
  • Communicate Ambience’s value and ROI effectively to both clinical and non-clinical executives, adapting messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Leverage marketing resources and strategies to accelerate account progress through tradeshows, events, and targeted campaigns.
  • Partner with founders and leadership to secure impactful, high-value partnerships.
