Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience closing deals with ACVs of $10K - $50K
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
- Experience selling to Heads of Talent Acquisition or HR
Responsibility
- Manage inbound sales pipeline and conduct demos for potential customers
- Close sales with average contract values between $10K and $50K
- Upsell to existing customers to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with a small go-to-market team to refine sales strategies
- Exceed sales quotas and contribute to the overall growth of the company
