The company seeks a Growth Associate to collaborate with a Senior Account Executive in building relationships and sourcing sales opportunities with banks, credit unions, and fintech leaders. The role emphasizes personalized outreach, strategic account research, and pipeline development.

Qualification

  • Sales experience, even if unrelated to Casap's industry
  • Strong mix of emotional intelligence (EQ) and intellectual intelligence (IQ)
  • Disciplined, organized, and persistent in following through on opportunities
  • High initiative and resourcefulness in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Comfortable communicating with senior executives
  • Coachable and eager to learn, with a long-term interest in building a sales career
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month for conferences or client events

Responsibility

  • Partner directly with a Senior Account Executive to develop and execute outreach campaigns for a targeted list of strategic accounts
  • Conduct disciplined, personalized prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Research accounts thoroughly, identify the right contacts, and craft tailored engagement strategies
  • Excel in mock calls and practice sessions to continuously sharpen messaging and delivery
  • Support account planning, territory strategy, and relationship building across longer sales cycles
  • Travel to industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to meet prospects and generate pipeline
  • Help organize and host smaller events to connect with executives in target accounts
  • Track activities and pipeline development in the CRM with consistency and accuracy
