The Care Experience Specialist - Client Enablement role involves supporting clients and families throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they receive the necessary care and support while acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Qualification
- Passion for mental health and helping others navigate their treatment journey.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in customer service or care coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with insurance processes and benefits related to healthcare.
Responsibility
- Place outbound calls, emails, and texts to admitted clients to ensure they are fully enrolled in their treatment plan.
- Reach out to clients to ensure they understand their insurance benefits and have successfully completed their program financial enrollments.
- Act as a liaison between patients and internal Charlie Health teams to facilitate communication and support.
- Build rapport with clients and families to enhance their experience during treatment.
- Identify and correct barriers to care before they occur, ensuring clients get the most out of their care.
