Qualification

  • Early career experience in commercial or new sales, ideally with outbound acquisition.

  • Strong communication skills and curiosity to understand the needs of trades.
  • Confidence in using CRM tools like Salesforce or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality, outbound sales to grow the base of small and medium trade businesses.
  • Identify untapped categories or regional opportunities and help the company act on them.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Vetting, and Operations teams to onboard trades successfully.
  • Ensure every interaction with trade businesses demonstrates the value of Checkatrade and leaves a positive impression.
  • Support the growth of the trade base in high-impact categories and regions.
