Qualification
- 5 to 10 years of tax experience
- Experience working in a large corporation
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with business teams
- Business-level English proficiency
- CPA or tax advisor certification preferred
Responsibility
- Manage VAT reporting and collaborate with business teams for data collection
- Work with accounting system management teams (e.g., SAP) for VAT reporting
- Identify discrepancies between purchase tax invoices and accounting records
- Utilize and manage programs necessary for VAT reporting (e.g., Unipost, SmartBill)
- Provide advisory on VAT-related inquiries from business teams
- Calculate common input tax ratios related to VAT
- Determine proxy payment tax amounts
- Respond to inquiries and data requests from the National Tax Service regarding VAT audits or corrections
- Document internal control systems related to VAT accounting entries
