Dandy is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for its UK team. The role focuses on qualifying inbound leads and generating new meetings to fuel the sales pipeline for a fast-growing SaaS dental-tech company. The SDR will operate in a hybrid office setup, using outbound and inbound prospecting, and will collaborate closely with Account Executives while leveraging Salesforce and other sales tools.
Qualification
- 0-2+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment (SaaS preferred)
- Experience with cold calling, with SMB targets as a plus
- Commitment to continuous learning and ability to absorb new sales concepts through training
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and ramp quickly with limited resources
- Experience with standard sales tools and a willingness to adopt new tools
- Track record of professional and academic success
- Bonus: strong professional references, proficiency in Salesforce or Outreach, experience with marketplace models, enthusiasm for blitz growth environments, positive attitude
Responsibility
- Serve as the initial point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects
- Utilize email, phone, and other channels to reach prospective clients through outbound tactics
- Track sales activity and pipelines in Salesforce and other software tools
- Overcome objections, articulate Dandy's value proposition, and move prospects through the sales process
- Meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets in collaboration with senior sales leadership
- Partner with Account Executives on client handoffs and post-meeting follow-ups
- Engage in ongoing career upleveling and training opportunities with the sales team
- Maintain CRM hygiene and contribute to process improvements to streamline the sales process
