Responsibility
- Collaborate with account teams to drive discovery and ideation for service proposals.
- Develop and deliver Statements of Work that align with customer outcomes and ensure value is achieved.
- Own the services bid and negotiation process in partnership with Account Executives.
- Build and foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee a portfolio of engagements, providing leadership for escalations and governance.
