GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) is seeking a Client Solutions Associate in Shanghai to support corporate clients with timely primary research deliverables, coordinate with global research teams, and facilitate in-person interactions between clients and GLG's Network Members to drive client value and grow GLG's regional client base.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university.
- Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience or market research/consulting experience.
- TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom) or Health care experience and knowledge is a plus.
- Superior communication and interaction skills, including oral, written and presentation abilities.
- Successful track record managing multiple, simultaneous complex tasks and working in team environments.
- Result-oriented and attention to detail.
Responsibility
- Fulfill time-sensitive research requests for GLG corporate clients across sectors (healthcare, industrial, internet, consumer goods, etc.).
- Exhibit strong business communication and client service skills.
- Leverage GLG’s platform and network to match thought leaders with clients based on the client’s research objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and international colleagues to develop product strategies and manage project progress.
- Work closely with Business Development colleagues and sector-specialized Managers to deepen existing client relationships.
- Interact with corporate clients across the region and manage relationships with senior leaders from different communities.
