- Experience in developing and implementing sales and operational strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with market trends and operational excellence practices.
Responsibility
- Lead a team managing existing cities and drive them to success.
- Own the P&L and key growth and profitability metrics for the area.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director and functional heads to define and implement sales, growth, and operations strategies.
- Identify and establish local partnerships while building a commercial team.
- Continuously seek improvements in service and operational excellence.
- Institute best practices and processes for replication across areas.
- Develop and maintain detailed reporting models for strategic and operational support.
- Lead by example.
