Qualification
- Experience in business development or real estate acquisition

- Ability to conduct feasibility studies and due diligence
- Understanding of property development and market analysis
- Proven track record in lead generation and client relationship management
Responsibility
- Identify potential sites for acquisition and development
- Act as the first contact with landlords and brokers, conducting feasibility studies and submitting offers
- Conduct due diligence and negotiate purchase agreements during the acquisition process
- Support the building design process to ensure maximal value creation based on site and market specifics
- Deepen current client relationships and extend business networks with landlords, occupiers, and authorities
- Manage the entire sales process including lead generation, client proposals, and profitability analysis
