Qualification
- Experience in salon education or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and education teams.
- Proven track record in planning and executing training programs.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry and market trends.
Responsibility
- Identify and prospect market leader salons in collaboration with ASMs and Sr EM Direct.
- Develop salon education offers as part of the proposal process.
- Plan and execute conversion training and provide follow-up support, including coordination of DEs and Artists.
- Create annual education plans for market leader salons as part of Joint Business Planning.
- Execute continuing education in salons and plan special events/private programs.
