The company is seeking a Senior Talent Lead to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, partnering with senior stakeholders and emphasizing quality and care in talent acquisition.
Qualification
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and understand their hiring needs.
- Experience in designing and executing recruitment processes.
- Ability to focus on quality and care in recruitment rather than just volume.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibility
- Take end-to-end ownership of recruitment roles for designated hiring managers.
- Partner directly with senior stakeholders including C-level executives and department heads.
- Define and execute a high-quality hiring engine for specific areas of excellence.
- Drive sourcing, outreach, process design, and candidate closing.
- Position Omnea as a top employer and recruit top-tier talent.
