This in-person role in Denver requires strategic thinking and relationship management skills to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM systems for tracking client interactions and opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze customer health metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.

Responsibility

  • Reduce churn and boost activation by implementing proactive strategies.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to focus on impactful actions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and address risks to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to provide customer feedback and advocate for enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunities using a CRM system.
  • Proactively solve problems and seize opportunities to drive success.
