Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a team to handle inbound calls and process orders efficiently.
- Oversee customer onboarding and manage escalations to ensure exceptional service.
- Drive team performance to exceed targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Utilize internal systems for precise and timely order transmission to partners.
