Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a team to handle inbound calls and process orders efficiently.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and manage escalations to ensure exceptional service.
  • Drive team performance to exceed targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Utilize internal systems for precise and timely order transmission to partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve complex issues.
