The Founding Lead, Strategic Sales at Superpower will be responsible for driving enterprise and consultant-led sales, building relationships, and developing sales strategies to scale the company's revenue. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the sales motion in a startup focused on transforming healthcare.
Qualification
- 7–10+ years in enterprise sales or consultant-led benefits ecosystem.
- Proven record of closing $500K+ ACV enterprise deals.
- Strong, trusted relationships across the benefits ecosystem.
- Consultative seller able to align and influence executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and category creation; strong storytelling skills.
- Bonus: early-stage startup or category-defining company experience.
Responsibility
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise and consultant-led opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, HR leaders, consultants, and brokers.
- Leverage your network to accelerate pipeline development.
- Shape pricing, packaging, and objection-handling tools with leadership.
- Develop the sales playbook, ROI frameworks, and enablement tools for future scaling.
- Partner with Marketing and Outbound to generate qualified demand.
