Tonal is seeking a part-time Retail Showroom Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team at their Century City Showroom. The role focuses on driving sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and training Sales Specialists on product knowledge and showroom procedures. Candidates should have a passion for fitness and strong communication skills.
Qualification
- 2+ years of sales experience in retail, fitness, service, or hospitality industries
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences that build loyalty
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Passion for fitness and problem-solving
- Ability to lift boxes weighing 5 - 30 lbs
Responsibility
- Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of Tonal’s product, technology, and brand image
- Lead Tonal demonstrations, calibrations, and workouts with guests
- Engage with guests to understand their fitness goals and educate them on Tonal's offerings
- Exceed sales goals through exceptional customer relationships
- Maintain guest information and feedback using Salesforce
- Conduct outreach to new clients for updates and follow-ups
- Ensure an organized and clean sales floor
- Train Sales Specialists on product knowledge and showroom procedures
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Create a strong sales environment through teamwork and coaching
