Responsibility
- Act as the point of contact after booking, providing creative solutions and a clear overview of all inquiries for a seamless customer experience.
- Process bookings, changes, and confirmations reliably and effectively, coordinating with global partners to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Inform and advise customers independently regarding changes in their travel plans.
- Identify potential challenges early, avoid escalations, and resolve customer issues proactively.
- Enjoy working independently and take responsibility for resolving customer inquiries.
