  • Ability to take responsibility for personal performance and booking KPIs.

Responsibility

  • Act as the point of contact after booking, providing creative solutions and a clear overview of all inquiries for a seamless customer experience.
  • Process bookings, changes, and confirmations reliably and effectively, coordinating with global partners to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Inform and advise customers independently regarding changes in their travel plans.
  • Identify potential challenges early, avoid escalations, and resolve customer issues proactively.
  • Enjoy working independently and take responsibility for resolving customer inquiries.
