Qualification

  • 12+ months in a closing and quota-carrying sales role, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in SMB with a focus on short deal cycles.
  • Fluency in German and English with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Empathy towards customers with a proven track record of long-term customer retention.
  • Technical competency to understand Vanta’s software and build relationships with technical prospects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making an impact at a start-up.

Responsibility

  • Identify high-potential business verticals and execute outbound strategies to engage them with Vanta.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, focusing on a 30-day deal timeframe.
  • Convert inbound demand into closed-new business and satisfied customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, improving and maturing the sales process and playbook.
  • Define and communicate the specific benefits of Vanta to each customer, including creating sales materials and demos.
  • Collect insights from prospects to inform product development.
