- Deep understanding of South Africa’s financial landscape and regulatory environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with local businesses and stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Verto's expansion into South Africa.
- Lead efforts to achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets, driving onboarding and revenue growth.
- Forge strategic partnerships with local banks, financial institutions, and industry associations.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Manage and optimize sales systems and processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
