Qualification
- Proven experience in managing IT and OT projects in the Energy & Utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of IT/OT integration and digital transformation.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and OT programs, projects, and portfolios ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, vendor teams, and client stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide expertise in IT/OT integration, digital transformation, and program leadership for Energy & Utilities clients.
- Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in IT/OT convergence, cybersecurity, and utility operations.
- Support business development efforts by identifying client needs, crafting proposals, and participating in sales presentations.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance delivery excellence in IT/OT programs.
