- Field inbound communications from customers via voice, chat, or social media.
- Manage case communications, including outbound customer interactions and payments.
- Handle exceptions related to KYC, complaints, and complex SME customer needs.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer service.
- Represent the Bank's values in all customer interactions.
- Support other teams with customer communication and engagement.
