The GTM Engineer Manager (Sales) will lead a team of Go-To-Market Engineers, focusing on building processes and fostering a culture of creativity and consultation to help customers maximize the use of Clay's platform.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in managing and scaling teams in a sales or technical environment
  • Strong understanding of Go-To-Market strategies and methodologies
  • Ability to design and implement scalable processes and playbooks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members to become trusted advisors

Responsibility

  • Build and develop a high-performing team of Go-To-Market Engineers (GTMEs)
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach GTMEs with a balance of technical depth and consultative selling
  • Design scalable enablement systems and foster a culture of curiosity and impact
  • Own and scale the GTME playbook, including frameworks and methodologies
  • Bridge teams and influence product development by partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
