The GTM Engineer Manager (Sales) will lead a team of Go-To-Market Engineers, focusing on building processes and fostering a culture of creativity and consultation to help customers maximize the use of Clay's platform.
Qualification
- Proven experience in managing and scaling teams in a sales or technical environment
- Strong understanding of Go-To-Market strategies and methodologies
- Ability to design and implement scalable processes and playbooks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in coaching and developing team members to become trusted advisors
Responsibility
- Build and develop a high-performing team of Go-To-Market Engineers (GTMEs)
- Recruit, onboard, and coach GTMEs with a balance of technical depth and consultative selling
- Design scalable enablement systems and foster a culture of curiosity and impact
- Own and scale the GTME playbook, including frameworks and methodologies
- Bridge teams and influence product development by partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
