Qualification

  • Proven success selling to US health systems (e.g., Chief Medical Officer, Chief Medical Information Officer) and navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end enterprise SaaS sales experience, including piloting programs, evaluating outcomes, and converting pilots to long-term contracts.
  • Ability to formulate and execute territory and account plans with deployment roadmaps and expansion strategies.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a healthcare IT or AI-enabled platform.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, legal, marketing, and client success teams.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities; skilled at building relationships with clinicians and administrators.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics.
  • Willingness to travel across the US and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibility

  • Strategically prospect and engage C-suite and senior leaders within health systems (e.g., CMO, CMIO) to build and grow your US territory.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to implement pilot programs, measure impact, and transition pilots into long-term customer agreements.
  • Formulate and execute account plans with roadmaps for full deployment of Nabla and future expansion.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth while collaborating with Client Success to ensure ongoing expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, support, legal, and marketing to ensure successful customer outcomes and a cohesive experience.
  • Influence Nabla’s product roadmap based on customer needs and market feedback to align with demand.
  • Represent Nabla at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Provide rigorous reporting on all sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting to leadership.
