Qualification
- 5+ years of software sales closing experience preferred.
- Experience selling a complex workflow technology solution.
- Ability to understand customer needs and product offerings.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage the sales process effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Responsibility
- Account Planning: Understand and map out accounts that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify key contacts.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline using Tennr's sales process and understand deal risks based on exit criteria.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and leadership to advance and close opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Form and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales cycle from discovery to close, negotiating pricing and ensuring customer satisfaction.
