Waymo is seeking a Global Lead for Vendor Enablement to maintain and execute vendor strategies aligned with its business objectives. The role involves supporting vendor procurement, ensuring effective collaboration, and managing contract workflows within a hybrid work environment.
Qualification
- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
- Strong understanding of contract management and workflow documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement collaborative programs with vendors.
- Experience in risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibility
- Maintain and execute comprehensive vendor strategy aligned with Waymo's overall roadmap and business objectives.
- Support and advise on vendor procurement, scope expansion, and the transition or off boarding of vendors from the Waymo account.
- Provide vendors with necessary access, tools, data, resources, and support from Waymo teams to ensure successful delivery and independent operation.
- Develop and implement programs that facilitate smooth interactions and collaboration with vendors and stakeholder teams.
- Manage the process of transitioning or documenting contract workflows and ensure best practices are integrated and shared across Ops.
- Establish and maintain a robust governance framework to ensure compliance and risk management in supplier relationships.
